Combining a rugged design with ease of operation, this meter is equipped with a 0.505” steel cone that ensures years of service. An Electronic Force Sensor eliminates the need to change cone size to improve resolution. The meter’s shaft is marked every 4” (10 cm) for simple depth reference. In addition to providing readings in PSI or kPa, the meter also shows compaction severity with a green/yellow/red color code. Meets ASABE S313.3 Soil Compaction Standard.
