Protimeter MMS2 Moisture Meter

This 4-in-1 meter is ideal for use when surveying buildings, conducting home inspections, and testing concrete moisture. The meter detects sub-surface moisture in relative terms to a nominal depth of 3/4” (non-invasive search mode); measures actual percent moisture content in wood or the percent Wood Moisture Equivalent (%WME) in a variety of building materials (measure mode/pin mode); measures relative humidity, temperature, and dew point (hygrometer mode); and uses an infrared sensor to provide non-contact surface temperature measurements. The meter features an ergonomic design, directional keys for easy navigation through the menu of functions, a color display, and a color warning system for quick determination of conditions. Up to 8,000 readings can be stored along with date and time stamp information.
