Notch Aerial Friction Brake

Designed to replace both a Portawrap and a block, the Aerial Friction Brake offers simplicity while giving more control to the climber. Handle loads without an additional friction brake simply by holding the rope, either on the ground or in the canopy. A square bollard ensures easy movement of the unloaded rope to return the rope’s working end to the climber. Recommended Rope Size: 9/16”. Maximum Rope Size: 3/4”. Working Load Limit: 1,000 lbs.
