Formulated with all-important micro-nutrients, these slow-release 8-10-10 spikes also contain 4.8% combined Sulfur (S), 3.3% Iron Sulfate (Fe), and 3.2% Manganese Sulfate (Mn) to fulfill the nutritional needs of trees and shrubs. The elemental sulfur lowers pH in the feeding area to encourage the plant’s uptake of manganese and iron. Special binders safely release elements over time (up to 12 months), allowing the spikes to completely dissolve. The spikes work underground at the feeder roots, ensuring that nutrients will not wash away as surface applications are prone to do. Place spikes in moist soil, equally spaced around the dripline. Use one spike per inch of trunk diameter (width). Pack of 5.
