LaMotte Leaf Pack Experiment Kit

Students can create their own leaf packs for the collection and study of freshwater macroinvertebrates in their natural environment. The materials and guides for collection, sorting, and identification are all included in the kit and are all reusable. Contents include: 6 mesh bags with waterproof labels, 1 marker, 1 stainless steel strainer, 14 sorting trays, 60 plastic Petri dishes, 6 waterproof sorting sheets with drawings and names of typical freshwater invertebrates, 1 thermometer, 1 scale, 2 rulers, 12 brushes and spoons, a set of 18 full-color flashcards with line drawings and identification tips, 6 hand lenses, and 1 MacroLens™ magnifier with sample holders, nylon twine, zipper-top bags, leaf identification guide, instructors manual, and record sheets.
