Buckingham Ratchet Boom Strap
Designed for use with an aerial boom truck that has no anchor point or when the anchor point is in an inconvenient location. The inside of the strap is lined with gum rubber to prevent slippage on the boom, and a ratchet cinches the strap securely on the boom. Rated to 5,000 lbs.
