Working lines can be wrapped and unwrapped quickly without removing the Port-A-Wrap III from anchor point. Requires sling (or similar choker) and clevis (or strong carabiner) to anchor to tree. Anchoring point can be either tree being lowered or nearby tree. “Top leg” of tool requires only one wrap and is designed so running line can be easily guided to working destination. “Bottom leg” accommodates several wraps and features long hitching pin for cleating line. Rope retention bar eliminates loss of wrap and can be used for clipping in a pulley for greater mechanical advantage. Safe working load: 2,000 lbs.
