1 lb. Pkg. Ecologically safe Bright DyesFluorescent Water Tracing Dyes for use in stream tracing, lake studies, flow mapping, storm and sewer analysis, pollution studies and leak detection. FLT Yellow/Green is a formulated version of the dye Fluorescein. Fluorescent colors can be detected visually in most water conditions or with the use of ultra-violet light or a fluorometer. Fluorescent water dyes are temporary and will degrade naturally in sunlight, 5 to 7 days for Yellow/Green, or with the addition of chlorine. FLT Yellow/Green is resistant to absorption in organic matter and should be used in water with heavy sediment loads. FLT Yellow/Green dye is NSF certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 60 for potable water.
