These meters approximate radiation between 400 and 700 nanometers, the most important wavelengths for driving photosynthesis and plant growth. The meters measure instantaneous Photosynthetic Photon Flux (PPF) in µmol m-2 s-1. A blue lens filters spectra for improved response. Each meter stores up to 99 manually stored data points and automatically stores 99 consecutive 30-minute averages. Other features include a cosine-corrected head and sun and electric calibration.
