Equipped with a high-accuracy 360° tilt sensor and a digital Pointfinder, the E7500i measures angles and true horizontal distances quickly without using a reflective target point. The Pointfinder with 4x zoom lets you see the target in the crosshairs on the display, allowing for precise outdoor targeting even if the red laser point is not visible due to unfavorable light conditions. In addition, integrated Bluetooth® Smart Technology allows for convenient transfer of measurement data. With the free Leica DISTO Sketch app, you can create floor plans or data tables on your iPhone or iPad (supports Apple devices with BT 4.0 including iPhone 4S/5, Third Generation iPad, and iPad mini). Dimensions can be easily entered onto photographs. Using the efficient height profile measurement function, distances and height differences are displayed to an established reference point, making it easy to determine profile measurements. The E7500i includes the following functions: minimum/maximum measurements, area/volume measurement, triangle/room angle function, painter function, trapezium measurements, Pythagoras functions (two points and three points), inclination tracking, Smart Horizontal Mode™, sloped object measurement, height tracking, height profile measurements, stake-out function, and subtraction/addition.
