Offering wide-angle viewing and affordability, this microscope features a plain stage with spring clips, a 0.65 N.A. condenser, and a 5-hole disc diaphragm. Positive stops at both ends of stage travel prevent damage to specimens and optics. In addition to the 45° inclined monocular head (360° rotation), the microscope features a locked-on 10x wide-field eyepiece with a calibrated pointer. Other features include LED illumination along with coaxial coarse and fine focusing. DIN achromatic objectives are parfocaled, parcentered, and color-coded 4x, 10x, 40xR (retractable).
